Awesome read: “Wireless Networking in the Developing World”
So I have been doing insane amounts of research for a wireless project I am currently undertaking and I wanted to share some of what I have found. I have attained a stack of routers which have all been loaded with new firmwares. I have been building up a main server, and gathering up the parts for patch antennas in hopes to have it all pay off with a fully deployed open community wireless bulletin board system. I plan to write all about my work in another post, but for now I still have lots of work to do. At this time that I want to talk about this awesome resource for people like me wanting information on building these types of community networks.
